Respond faster to urgent messages from your clients
Previously, when you received a Secure Message, you could either see it directly in your SimplePractice account or you’d get an email if you weren’t logged in. Now you can opt to receive a push notification on your mobile phone and respond in a timely manner directly from your SimplePractice app. Just tap on the notification, and your app will open, so you can send an immediate response.
Customers love using Secure Messaging to communicate quickly with their clients and their teams. We already showed you how Secure Messaging is much safer and more convenient than email or texting. Now you can receive a push notification, then send and receive secure messages from your mobile app. This great new feature is only available with the latest release of the app, so be sure to update your app and start receiving push notifications for priority messages today!
And remember, with our HIPAA compliant mobile app, you can also manage your schedule and clients, take notes, and add payments on-the-go.
Your daily tasks, streamlined for mobile.
Create, edit, and update appointments and client info between sessions. Send your client intakes, share invoices, and record payments with ease.
Your notes, when you need them.
Add progress or psychotherapy notes quickly using your phone’s dictation feature.* You can even take a photo of a client’s insurance ID card (or anything else!) and upload it directly to their file.
*While notes created in the SimplePractice app are secure and HIPAA compliant, some integrated dictation softwares may not be. Make sure to check that your phone’s dictation tool is HIPAA compliant before using it to take notes in the mobile app.
Peace of mind.
Set up a passcode or Touch ID as an extra layer of security—the SimplePractice app is safe and 100% HIPAA compliant.
Essentials only, no distractions.
Reduce your cognitive load with an intuitive mobile experience. We omitted the tasks that should be done at your desk, so you can get in and out quickly.
