Create and Filter your Client’s Documentation with ease!

I don’t know about you, but I get so irritated when I have to scroll through multiple pages looking for something when I know that a simple filter would make the whole process a lot easier and help me save some time.

So we’ve added a filter to the Client Overview page that lets you quickly access your Progress Notes, Diagnosis & Treatment Plans, Intakes, Questionnaires, and Chart Notes so you can easily find what you need.

This is both a small update and a huge improvement to the usability of this page. It also sets in motion some bigger things we’re working on to make our Treatment Planning system more robust and useful.

We’ve also updated how you add Diagnosis & Treatment plans as well as Mental Status Exams. You’ll now see a blue +Create button similar to the button you see on the Client Billing page. When you click on it, you’ll be able to create a Diagnosis & Treatment Plan or a Mental Status Exam.
