Fresh Updates for the SimplePractice Calendar

New Calendar

Today you’ll notice a fresh coat of paint on the Calendar. We’ve improved the look of our calendar page to make it easier to read!

Don’t worry – past sessions are still green and future sessions are still blue. Your calendar will feel the same, just spruced up a bit, with fresh colors and bolder, more defined text for better readability! We’ve also updated other session status colors just a bit so you can easily tell if a session was canceled at a glance. Click here to learn more about session status color coding.

If you use online booking, your available times will now display on your practice calendar with your sessions- no more switching back and forth. We’ve also added the option to indicate when you’re available for sessions that you don’t want to make available for online booking. This means you can now indicate your entire availability, not just the times you’re available for online booking. This is a great way to keep schedulers, other clinicians, and even yourself up to date with your most current schedule. You’ll never accidentally book a client at the wrong time again.
