The New Client Portal is here!

Today we began rolling out the SimplePractice New Client Portal and we are very excited about what this means for you, and us. This ‘portal’ is truly a gateway and is our first step in what will be a series of releases that will build upon one another and ultimately create a dynamic experience for you and your clients.

Our first release enables you to invite a new client to read and sign your practice policies and other documents, enter basic demographic and insurance-related information, and respond to a brief intake questionnaire. All this information will then be mapped to your SimplePractice account.

We know many of you will want things added and we are eager to hear from you. We are already at work on updates and additions that you will see released over the coming weeks and months. There will be features that allow you to customize the intake questionnaire, allow new and existing clients to schedule or edit appointments as well as secure messaging and other features coming soon.
