A Template Library For All Your Needs

Written by Phillip Ziff on January 26, 2018

The Notes and Forms page just got an upgrade.

You already use the Notes and Forms page to create new progress note and client intake templates using our form builder. We’re happy to release an update to the page to make it more robust, flexible, and useful.

Introducing: The Template Library

Many of you have told us that you appreciate the included templates for progress notes and intake forms, and would like to see more. With the new Template Library, we’ve added a variety of templates that you can use or edit as you see fit. You’ll have more pre-loaded options, organized in a way that’s convenient and clutter-free. Note that these new templates are only available on the Professional Plan.

Some of the new templates we’ve added include:

  • Treatment Plan – Goals
  • Treatment Review
  • Progress Notes – Outline
  • Group Therapy – Progress Notes
  • Discharge Summary
  • Mental Status
  • Suicide Risk Assessment
  • More forms for specific specialities

This update makes it easier for you to organize your templates, and lays down the necessary groundwork for our assessments feature. We’re looking to make our Template Library useful for as many practices as possible, so if you have any suggestions or examples of forms that would benefit our community, send us a note.
