Pricing for Practice Perfect is based on a monthly subscription fee of $170 for 4 users–which you have to pay for even if you don’t use all 4 users. Practice Perfect charges $130 a month for each additional location while SimplePractice does not charge you extra for growing and expanding your practice.
In SimplePractice, you can have an appointment from anywhere when you or your clients can’t be in the office. Telehealth by SimplePractice is simple and stress-free to use. All your clients need to do is click on a secure link to start an appointment—there are no logins or passwords to remember.
Our Telehealth feature is fully integrated with scheduling, notes, and billing, and you can easily go from your calendar to appointment with one click. Telehealth by SimplePractice is secure, HIPAA-compliant, and has its own dedicated mobile app for you to use.
The Client Portal in SimplePractice is one of the most helpful tools for managing your private practice. From here, clients can fill out intakes, request appointments, send messages, download documents, upload documents they need to share with you, and pay bills. It allows you greater control and flexibility over your practice. For your clients, it’s intuitive and easy to use.
Practice Perfect has a login for clients to view and request appointments, but that’s it! There is no centralized communication hub so clients can’t access intake documentation, pay invoices, or securely message members of your team.
With SimplePractice, you can stay organized across multiple calendars. You can sync your iCal, Google, or Outlook calendar to organize your business and personal appointments. With two-way Google sync, you’re able to make changes in either calendar. Our sync is secure and HIPAA-compliant, so your information is protected.
Once you connect your SimplePractice calendar to your personal calendar, you’ll be able to see your whole calendar in one place. This will allow you to manage your personal and work schedule all from the same place. With our Google Calendar two-way sync you can schedule non-client events and manage your client appointments directly in Google.
