Pricing for WebPT is based on a daily rate that starts at $3 per day and a set of optional add-ons. These add-ons include items that are standard in SimplePractice. The minimum that you’re paying for WebPT is $90 a month.

The SimplePractice Booking Widget is an excellent tool for potential new clients to find your availability and request appointments.


You can embed the Booking Widget on any existing website to gain more customers. Use it on any website-building platform such as Brighter Vision, TherapySites, Squarespace, and Weebly.

With SimplePractice, you can stay organized across multiple calendars. You can sync your iCal, Google, or Outlook calendar to organize your business and personal appointments. With two-way Google sync, you’re able to make changes in either calendar. Our sync is secure and HIPAA-compliant, so your information is protected. 


Once you connect your SimplePractice calendar to your personal calendar, you’ll be able to see your whole calendar in one place. This will allow you to manage your personal and work schedule all from the same place. With our Google Calendar two-way sync you can schedule non-client events and manage your client appointments directly in Google.

SimplePractice has a modern, user-friendly web application, and robust mobile apps for iOS and Android.


With the SimplePractice mobile apps, you can easily streamline your daily tasks, including:

Since WebPT doesn’t have a mobile app for clinicians, you’ll only be able to access their site via your web browser.
