Brandy E. Wyant. MPH, MSW, LCSW, (she/her) is a clinical social worker based in the Boston area. Her clinical areas of interest include exposure therapy for anxiety disorders and trauma. Prior to becoming a psychotherapist she worked in health services research for over 10 years. Her research interests include evidence-based practice, the influence of the therapeutic relationship on treatment effectiveness, and the little-known condition “limerence.” She enjoys sharing the voice of the “emerging clinician" in her personal essays.
