Dylan O'Hare is the Director of Revenue Operations for SimplePractice's Managed Billing service. Drawing on 25 years of experience on the front lines of medical billing and revenue cycle management—as well as founding his own billing company—he serves as SimplePractice's go-to resident expert on insurance and revenue cycle management. As a SimplePractice user since 2017, Dylan acts as a dedicated internal advocate for providers, using his firsthand insight to demystify complex insurance workflows so clinicians can focus on caring for their communities.
