James Guay, LMFT, has been in private practice since 1999. James is passionate about the transformative power of psychotherapy. He is co-chair of the #BornPerfect Advisory Committee for the National Center for Lesbian Rights—providing expert testimony against the use of conversion therapy at California’s State Capital. He’s taught classes and workshops related to LGBTQ topics at Esalen Institute, JFK University, and UC Berkeley’s School of Law.
