What notifications do my clients receive?
Your clients can opt-in to receive appointment reminders via email, phone, or text—and these can be customized by you on our Professional Plan. They’ll also receive email notifications for new secure messages, billing statements, and intake paperwork that you share with them. These are always free of charge with SimplePractice.
Can I schedule appointment reminders for my clients?
Yes, you can. Your clients can opt-in to receive email, text, and/or voice remainders 24, 48, or 72 hours prior to an upcoming appointments. And you can decide to allow clients to confirm and/or cancel their appointments via text reminders.
