Solo account owners
You can opt into the transfer starting in February. This confirms that your data will be securely transferred to SimplePractice before Luminello shuts down.
Group account owners
You can opt into the transfer starting in April. This confirms that your data will be securely transferred to SimplePractice before Luminello shuts down.
Non-account owners
If you aren’t the account owner, reach out to them. They’ll need to opt into the data transfer to SimplePractice on your behalf.
